PLEASE NOTE - Health and Wellness Services has two billing/payment systems: one for the Clinic, and one for the Pharmacy.

Clinic Billing/Payment
For your confidentiality, all charges are billed to your student account as a "Student Health Center" charge.
HWS does not directly bill insurance companies. Upon request, we will provide a claim form and instructions for requesting reimbursement from your insurance provider. Your insurance provider should pay you directly. However, if the insurance money does come to HWS, it will be applied to your Student Account in the form of a cash payment.
There are 3 ways to request the reimbursement information:
- IN PERSON
Fill out an "Insurance Information Request" form and provide a self addressed envelope to the HWS Billing Office. Forms are located in the HWS Billing Office.
- BY PHONE
Call 335-6756 and be ready to provide the following information:- First & Last Name
- WSU ID number
- Phone number
- Address where you want the information sent
- Today's date
- Date(s) of Visit(s)
- Reason for Visit(s)
- Type of insurance
- Whether you are an Undergraduate, Graduate, TA or RA, Vet Student, or Pharmacy Student
- BY EMAIL
